Tissue products packaging solutions

We specialize in the design and manufacture of complete packaging lines for tissue and paper products, including toilet paper rolls, kitchen towels, industrial rolls and folded tissue products.

Our solutions include individual and multipack packaging, as well as complete systems for product handling, conveying and labeling.

Each packaging line can be customized according to the product format, required production capacity and specific customer requirements.

Automatic labeling machine

Machines for automatic label application, easily integrated into existing production lines. Labels can be applied from the top, bottom or side. Suitable for both flat and round products.

Synchronized labeling and conveyor speeds ensure precise label positioning. Adjustable labeling height and angle, PLC control and stepper motor drive provide high accuracy of up to ±1 mm.

Conveyor systems

We design and manufacture conveyor systems according to specific customer requirements, including length, speed, height and other parameters.

Pneumatic control is available as an option. Our conveyor solutions include belt conveyors, roller conveyors and gravity conveyors.

Pallet wrappers

We offer semi-automatic and automatic pallet stretch wrapping machines.

Our systems are suitable for standard manual and machine stretch films. Different stretch film dimensions can be used, with core diameters from 40 to 85 mm and film widths from 350 to 550 mm.

Custom solutions are also available according to specific customer requirements.

Thermo tunnels for group pack

Automatic systems for multipack packaging using shrink film. The system consists of a product separation unit, sealing unit and shrink tunnel.

Designed for easy integration with existing production lines. Shrink tunnels are available with two or three turbines.
